Fran’s Faces — Café Girls Volume 1 is a 200+ portrait project drawn through the COVID quiet, pairing each 4×4 square with monologues and affirmations that travel from “Order” to “Refill.” The book, merch, and partner program celebrate cafés, salons, and readers who want art that feels like a ritual.
- Origin: nightly 4×4 portrait practice during lockdown that became a café-based art ritual.
- Structure: two chapters—Order → Refill—where each left page speaks and the right page responds.
- Format: square coffee-table book + archival prints, posters, tote, and mug concepts with high-contrast palettes.
- Collaboration: partner cafés receive rotating sets, merch kits, and marketing support; high-res press assets on request.
